Techsasoft is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Software Quality
Assurance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software testing, be willing to learn
and perform automated testing, and have experience in both web and android-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform testing and ensure software products meet high-quality standards
· Design and execute tests to identify defects and work with development teams to resolve issues
· Manage tasks and bug assignments to developers and track progress
· Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases

Qualifications

· Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
· Experience in manual testing and a willingness to learn automated testing techniques
· Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Experience working in an Agile software development environment
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
